lauradi7dwHad a long fruitless online chat with the person at Verizon about why they are still charging me for the fios TV service I no longer have. On Monday after my volunteer gig I plan to have all possible documentation (like the receipt number for the items I returned) and try to talk with my mouth instead of typing to someone who eventually disconnected me.
