70 years later, still no lizard people

I know the actual facts of the Warsaw Ghetto uprising, but to think clearly about it I have to squelch the alternate history in the back of my mind.  In Harry Turtledove's "Worldwar" series, reptilian aliens show up during WWII and things turn out somewhat differently.
