At least *somebody* in the administration is doing the right thing

I sometimes am missing a keen grasp of the obvious.  In the last few weeks, we had substantial repairs to the pump for the solar hot water, minor but strategic oil in the hub of my 3-speed bike, and sharpening for the blades of my reel mower. All of them have performed like a dream since then.  I've also had my typewriter repaired.  I need to come up with a project needing manual typing so that I can complete the set of happy mechanical items used.
