RIP Linda Woodford

She's been gone for three years, but I saw this peal report (all female ringers at Linda's favorite tower in the whole world) and felt a longing to tell her.

I wished she could have been in the band, but she would have turned 79 next week and was frail before she died, so it would have been way too late for that anyway.
I'm OK but I'm sometimes at the edge of tears* lately. I'm misty at this as well.

Taylor Swift's Eras concert movie is on in the other room while I tidy (and type) and she's singing "You belong with me" right now. Nope.

Maybe Bitcoin thinks I'm studying hard

I have started getting Bitcoin ads entirely in Korean on my twitter feed.
I am not, in fact, studying hard. Relevant to twitter, though, sometimes people report a small accomplishment and say "please clap." I always add a like to that kind of tweet. I'm not going to tweet it, but I have made the enormous move to take the bag of unmatched socks to the fabric recycling place. Clap or not, at your choice.
