It's not low blood sugar
Oct. 2nd, 2024 04:26 pmI didn't do any heavy-duty exercise today, but some cleaning. And cleaning after cleaning. Does it make sense to have to carry a heavy vacuum cleaner down the stairs to clean up after the dust buster when it scattered dirt on the floor (even though I was holding it over the trash can to empty it)?
I'm feeling lightheaded. I've been eating a lot of carbs. I'm well-hydrated. I slept for about 5 hours before waking last night and then almost two more when I went back to sleep. Is that enough? If not, is that why? I follow a doctor on twitter who thinks most women are anemic. I am way past menopause, which may be why my iron level hasn't been checked since 2017, at which point my hematocrit was in the normal range.
My internet silo is whispering covid to me, but I don't know that feeling lightheaded a month after first symptoms is a thing.
