Food in Biblical Egypt

This week's Torah portion includes a section in which the folks following Moses complain about how boring it was to just eat manna all the time. This is the King James translation of Numbers 11:5
"We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlic"
Except for the fish, it sounds like stuff I eat on a regular basis.
