Date: 2025-05-22 07:27 pm (UTC)I like dollar bills. They are lighter weight than a sensible sized coin would be. (one of the previous dollar coin attempts was too close to quarter size and people kept messing up, accidentally paying a dollar for instead of 25 cents).
We live in a strange society in which some places don't want you to use cash at all and others charge you extra for using a card.
