More accurately, Palin was asked to name a non RvW decision she disagreed with. The first one I came up with was "The Burger court vs. those guys from Georgia." Maybe that would have been a good enough answer for Couric. I don't know (although I bet it wouldn't have been Palin's choice). The advantage of doing this on the internet is that I can look it up - that wouldn't have been possible on live TV. (It was Bowers v. Hardwick, and was overturned by Lawrence v. Texas in 2003).
