typing experiment

I'm trying to type this wearing fuzzy gloves. It has gotten to the point of the year that there's a chill in the house but I'm hesitant to turn on the furnace. It's cool outside but not cold enough to have the low 60s F feel warm by contrast. It is cold enough that the weird forefinger coldness has struck. I assume it's some sort of circulation oddity - the rest of my digits are OK in a chilly house all winter but my right forefinger feels cold, so maybe gloves would help. I'm making a lot of mistakes, though (and fixing them). Maybe what's surprising is how much better it's working than I expected.
