when will website design be better? When will everything work?

It's last-minute charity donation time. The Network for Good folks, who deal with lots of charities so you only have to pay once, keep the donations on one's account from year to year. It doesn't seem to be possible to just say "give the same amounts to the same people" without making a separate favorite charities profile page, and there doesn't seem to be a way to highlight them all and move them to the other list, or any simple thing. I haven't used JustGive or Crowdrise, so I don't know if their system is easier to use.
I only have open office, not Word etc. The OO is willing to open a .xls spread sheet so that I can see it on the screen, but informed me that it couldn't be printed. I get tired of being clueless, or thwarted by other people's expectations, or whatever the problem is.

I had a ukulele when I was in my early teens. I thought my parents said they had given it away, but apparently they gave it to my sister, and now it's in my house. I bought it some new strings, but haven't tried putting them on yet. It's still a cheap model, but it's in better shape than the one I bought at Hilo Hattie's.
