A proposal isn't a program

I'm glad the price of some drugs went down, but I don't think that will be enough money to pay for it. I was interested recently when gun control activist David Hogge (survivor of the Parkland massacre) suddenly also started being a campaigner for more money for caregiving. His father had Parkinsons, I think, and he was hit with the realization that old age Boomer-land is going to be a financial disaster.
