It's a chapter title. It sounds to me like something from Victorian times, in which the illustrations would be of women in bloomers or a cycling outfit,

but the textbook copyright was 2007.

Consideration 1, quite valid in 2007: You'll want to get a really good bra.
Considerarion 2, also sometimes valid in 2007: But surgery might be cheaper.
