Of the 20 most invasive apps, the only one I use as a phone app is Duolingo. On the laptop I use (via browser)
gmail (when necessary for ringing or dance class videos), Tiktok (not signed in, usually looking at them on X or Youtube), youtube (only rarely signed it), Twitter (X) (the browser tab is always signed in on the laptop).
