crossed brain wires

Early this morning I was thinking about the origins of WWI and trying hard to remember the catch phrase. What I came up with was "sparkplug of Europe," highly unlikely. It took a long time
to get around to "powderkeg" instead. I have my first A&P test this afternoon, and worry that I'll do stuff like that with body vocabulary.
