so long, and thanks for all the internets
May. 25th, 2009 03:42 pmI'm starting the four week intensive Gross Anatomy course at BU tomorrow. To get to lab on time, I'll need to get the 6:18 AM bus down the street, which will put me there rather early, but the next bus is too late. I did a run through a couple of weeks ago to time it, and was surprised to see what a jumping place the 76 bus is at that time of day.
I'll need to go to bed early and study almost all the time I'm awake, so my plan is to avoid using the computer lest I get sucked in (for example, this may be my new favorite song, and I wouldn't have ever heard it had I not followed link to link to link to link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=734wnHnnNR4 ).
L to A: where are you going to hide my laptop? Oops - not an appropriate question.
I'll check email once a day, I think. The plan is no ringing, no TV, no movies, Arthur will do most of the meal prep, and so forth. I have had a fairly radical haircut, because, as he jokingly says, I won't have time to comb my hair.

I'll re-green the gray later today.
There was a huge long list of stuff to do today, but most of it hasn't happened yet. Yesterday we bought all the non-perishable food we'll need for the next month, I'm about to cut the grass, I've done loads of laundry, packed the books and notebook and snacks into my backpack and laid out tomorrow's clothes, etc, but haven't done any more attic cleaning or mopped the kitchen floor or found the Rubbermaid covered bowl that I plan to pack my breakfast in (the plan is to eat breakfast while riding the bus).
Along the Falling Waters trail in NH (where we stopped yesterday):

Also, it's memorial day, but I don't seem to have a suitable photograph.
