Arthur fondly notes the times that NPR follows up a story with sly thematic music choices, without mentioning them by name. Today they reported the discovery that figs were deliberately cultivated in ancient Jericho:

I was a bit puzzled by the followup music, wondering what Mozart has to do with archeology, but then it sunk it that it was the overture to "The Marriage of Figaro."
