experiments in baking

  I don't have any poppy seeds.  I have lots of chia seeds.  Would anybody notice if I made hamentaschen with the latter instead of the former?

I have some leftover poppy (and prune) filling from making hamentaschen with my mom. It turns out I'm not going to have time to bake more. Fillings are homemade, and you're welcome to them, if you'd like. I think there's enough for 50ish cookies, between the two.
