I learned from The World of the Social Distancing Festival, which hosts performers whose gigs have been cancelled due to the virus. (where gig includes book talks and at least one opera, see below)

There is already too much stuff to watch/listen to/read available, including many things that were unavailable (archival material! Entire libraries, it seems like), but I started in on the site, picking the opera mentioned in the story (the dress rehearsal of which had been filmed before the run was to start). It's Ritratto, a new work, performed by the Dutch National Opera. In English. The costumes are amazing, the singers are good, if one likes that sort of thing (I'm generally a non-fan of vibrato). All of the music is fine, but I was disturbed to notice after a while that I liked the music the Fascists were playing/singing the best. Not entirely happy about that. Is it a throwback to being in a marching band in high school? (march tempo, not necessarily fascism).
