It's their garage. We just park in it

I was proud, but apparently a small creature with sharp teeth was more like exasperated. A hole about 3 or 4 inches across has been chewed out of the rubber sweep at the bottom of the door, presumably for convenient entry. My inclination at this point is to give up and try to peacefully coexist.
