probably unprofessional behavior
Mar. 14th, 2011 06:27 pmI was in the middle of a hands-on exam this afternoon, with one of my instructors as the patient, when I suddenly stopped, mid-sentence, and pointed out that it was snowing. I tell people I'm easily distractable, but that's pretty extreme. She reacted calmly, but I presume points will be deducted. It would be reasonable for a patient to want the therapist to pay attention to the therapy, not the weather.
