No,not Gary, Indiana. I was thinking of Ajdabiya. When the US invaded Afghanistan ages ago, there were a number of relevant cartoons in the New Yorker. There was one with a smiling guy (the same one that shows up in offices and such - I don't know the cartoonist's name) captioned "Jalalabad. I just love saying Jalalabad." I cut it out and saved it because I also love saying Jalalabad. Ajdabiya isn't as good, but it's close.
