Kondo reminders

I keep thinking of going through all my clothes, but it's too chilly in the house to spend a day taking off clothes and putting them on.  Someday, though.  This is a transcription of the notes I made while reading Marie Kondo's book.
The order to go through things
clothes
books
papers
komono  (doesn't exactly mean keepsakes, but might as well)
Storage - put all items of the same type in the same place.  Make it easy to put things away more than easy to find things.  Make it easy to tell at a glance what is where.
When going through, don't put the piles away until you're done discarding.  Choose what to keep, not what to get rid of.
